This will help us to include your name in the program and your respective abstracts in the conference proceedings.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- In case of an attendee cancellation before the early bird deadline, they will receive a 75% refund.
- In case of an attendee cancellation after the early bird deadline, there is no refund.
- If the conference is cancelled, e.g. due to the Covid-19 situation, we will give a full refund minus the costs incurred to that date
